I. Probation period and formal employment

Employment conditions: The company lists the necessary conditions for the recruitment of employees, and selects the best employees according to the company's characteristics, such as positive attitude, working ability, business level, professionalism, comprehensive quality, etc.

Testing: Testing of professional knowledge and skills (interview, written examination, trial, etc.)

Registration procedures: the personnel who have been selected as the best will bring two one-inch bareheaded photos, academic certificates and photocopies of ID cards to the company at the registration time (show the original when reporting)

Personnel Files: the company establishes personal information files (employee registration form, employment contract, performance appraisal documents) for each employee. The company promises to keep the files strictly confidential. At the same time, it is true that the company requires employees to provide personal data. Once found, those who resort to deceit will be dealt with seriously and require them to sign on the employee registration form to prove their authenticity.

2. Attendance system

Attendance System is one of the important bases for assessing employees' rewards and punishments.

Employees of the company should be on time. When you are absent, it means that other employees will undertake additional work tasks, which will affect the whole work and operation of the company in serious cases. Absence and lateness will be a part of your work record and an important reference for employee performance appraisal. Absence without the consent of leaders will be subject to disciplinary sanctions, fines, and even dismissal.

1. The company's schedule:

09:00-18:00(12:00-13:40 is the meal break time)

2. Punishment

(1) deduct 1 yuan for one minute late, 2 yuan for two minutes... By analogy, half an hour is regarded as one hour, and more than one hour is regarded as absenteeism. There is no attendance award for any form of late arrival, early departure or leave, except for Daily Deduction.

(2) both parties who sign in on behalf of others will be fined 100 yuan each time.

(3) absenteeism shall be deducted according to 300% of my daily average salary, and the monthly cumulative absenteeism for 3 days shall be removed.

(4) the company's losses caused by personal negligence shall be punished according to the seriousness of the case.

(5) If the company's equipment is used for private work without permission or damages the company's equipment property, the penalty shall be deducted according to the actual loss.

(6) If the product is damaged or scrapped due to the employee's lack of responsibility rather than equipment, the penalty shall be deducted according to the actual loss.

(7) If you do not respect your colleagues, disobey the management, contradict your superiors, provoke the relationship between colleagues, etc., you will be punished according to the seriousness of the case.

3. Attendance is counted according to the actual working day of the current month as the basis for salary payment.

4. Resignation

The resigned employee should inform the company at least one month in advance, and hand over the work with the supervisor or related personnel as required, and sort out and check the previous customer information, equipment, property and the company property used in the past, you can leave the company.

5. Automatic resignation:

Those who are absent from work for three days without reason (three days in total each month) will be automatically dismissed and no salary will be settled.

6. Dismissal:

During the employment period, if the company is not qualified for its own job due to factors such as work performance and ability, the company has the right to dismiss the job and settle the monthly salary on a daily basis based on the basic salary.

The calculation method is: Daily salary = basic salary ÷ 30 days (excluding benefits, bonuses, etc.)

7. Dismissal:

If the employee violates the labor discipline, he/she shall be dismissed. If the employee violates the law, he/she shall be investigated for criminal responsibility (the dismissal has no salary).

III. Wage system

The company adjusts the amount of wages according to the working attitude and working performance of employees according to the economic benefits, payment ability and the Rise and Fall of Social prices.

Salary structure: basic salary, attendance award and performance award.

IV. Benefits

All kinds of social insurance need to work in the Enterprise for more than one year, with good performance in the work, complete personal information files and identity certificates, and the enterprise should consider according to the comprehensive factors such as employee performance appraisal, business level, attendance rate, etc.

1. The company is responsible for the free lunch for employees during their work.

2. If you work overtime at 20:00 or above, you will have a night meal or meal supplement.

3. Employees need to go out for tolerance, and each person has a meal supplement of 8 yuan, and the excess will be taken care of by themselves.
