1.Good structural strength

The bubbling (honeycomb) spiral plate absorbs the cylindrical structure of the shell of the ordinary spiral plate heat exchanger, and can bear the advantages of high internal pressure; at the same time, it eliminates the shortage that the spiral plate of the ordinary spiral plate heat exchanger can not bear high pressure due to the instability of external pressure, and a large number of dense bubbling units improve the stress state of the spiral plate, The strength of the spiral plate is greatly improved, and the pressure bearing capacity of the bubbling (honeycomb) spiral plate heat exchanger reaches 4.0 MPa


2. High heat transfer efficiency

3. Compact structure

The bubbling spiral plate heat exchanger absorbs the advantages of narrow flow channel of plate heat exchanger, and the width of flow channel can be reduced from more than 10 mm to 3 ~ 4 mm, which overcomes the shortcomings of rectangular structure of plate heat exchanger and plate fin heat exchanger. Spiral plate is a continuous single channel structure without dead angle, and the heat transfer effect will be higher. Under the same heat exchange area, the volume is greatly reduced, the honeycomb units are dense and the bearing capacity is high With high pressure capacity, the thickness and volume of spiral heat exchanger plate can be reduced, and the volume can be reduced by more than 25%.


4. Avoid the malpractice of separation column

As a result of the spiral plate falling off in the process of manufacturing and the spiral column, the service life of the spiral plate will be greatly reduced. However, the bubbling spiral plate belongs to integral stamping forming, and its reliability is greatly improved, so there is no falling off phenomenon of fixed distance column.


5.It has the function of self-cleaning

The structure state of bubbling spiral plate is more complex than that of ordinary spiral plate. When the fluid flows in this structure, the disturbed flow state will be better, and the heat transfer effect will be higher than the original one. At the same time, the possibility of solid matter precipitation in the fluid is smaller, so the self-cleaning effect of bubble spiral plate is stronger.
