Good product performance
The heat transfer efficiency of spiral plate heat exchanger is 1-3 times that of column tube heat exchanger, and there is no flow dead zone in single channel with equal cross section.
Effective recovery of low temperature heat energy
The fluid in the adjacent channel of spiral plate heat exchanger flows in a pure countercurrent mode, which can obtain the maximum logarithmic average temperature difference, which is conducive to the heat transfer of small temperature difference and make full use of low temperature heat energy.
Not easy to scale
The Tube on the shell adopts tangential structure with relatively low pressure loss. It has the ability of self-cleaning, the medium flows in a spiral type, its allowable flow rate is higher than that of other types of heat exchangers, and dirt is not easy to deposit.

Can be used in combination with multiple
When a single device cannot meet the use requirements, multiple devices can be used in combination, but the combination must comply with the following provisions: Parallel combination, series combination, equipment and channel spacing are the same. Hybrid combination: one channel is connected in parallel and one channel is connected in series.
Longevity of service
There is no welding seam inside and no fixed distance column, which avoids the internal leakage caused by the lack of stuffing during welding. It also avoids the compression deformation of the heat exchange plate caused by the falling of the fixed-distance column due to insufficient support density, thus reducing the service life! A large number of dense bubbling units in the new process improve the stress state of the Spiral Plate, greatly improve the strength of the spiral plate, and increase the service life by more than 30%.
High heat transfer efficiency
The fixed-distance column of the traditional process does not participate in heat exchange, and the heat exchange plate of the spiral plate heat exchanger without fixed-distance column (bubbling) of the new process participates in heat exchange as a whole. Every square meter per degree Celsius (kW/(m(· ℃)) two kinds of heat transfer media fully contact the heat transfer socket to change the flow state of the fluid, the flow direction and flow velocity of the medium change, strengthen the heat transfer effect, the heat transfer efficiency is improved by more than 30%.
Self-cleaning
The structure State of the non-fixed-distance column type (bubbling) spiral plate is more complicated than that of the ordinary spiral plate. The fluid flows in this structure, and there will be no fixed-distance column blocking the fiber. The corrosion resistance is more conducive to the cleaning of the equipment. No residual surface slag and oil slag, maintain the quality of oil products and prolong the service time of oil products. Therefore, the self-cleaning effect of the non-fixed distance column (bubbling) Spiral Plate will be stronger.

Compact structure
The spiral plate is a continuous single-channel structure with no dead angle and higher heat exchange effect. Under the same heat exchange area, the volume is greatly reduced, the bubbling units are dense, and the pressure bearing capacity is strong. The thickness and volume of the spiral heat exchange plate can be reduced, and the volume can be reduced by more than 25%.
