During the installation, the direction of the pipeline should be considered as far as possible to absorb thermal expansion, and the installation should be horizontal and aligned, and no additional stress should be generated, so as not to cause adverse effects on the equipment. Pipe connection should make the two processes completely countercurrent to improve the heat transfer effect.
2. Before installation, the pipeline system should be cleaned, and no silt, sundries, etc. should be kept in it; Check whether the heat exchanger is damaged during transportation and whether there are big sundries falling into the pipe mouth.
3. After the equipment is installed, the water pressure test shall be carried out for the equipment and system.
4. After the hydraulic pressure test is completed, the equipment shall be insulated.
5. Circulation must be softened or treated with adding medicine. (GB1576-96 according to the water quality standard of low-pressure boiler), due to improper water treatment caused by scaling, chemical sliding washing can be used for scaling.
Installation, use and maintenance of Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger:
1. Installation: Spiral Plate Heat Exchanger shall be installed and connected according to the design drawings. The foundation should be specially designed concrete foundation with higher strength. There should be enough space around for use and overhaul, and floor drain and drainage channels should be set underground.
2. Use: the pressure and temperature of the design shall not be exceeded during use. Wash the flow channel of the heat exchanger with clear water before operation. Before the liquid medium is imported, there should be a filter to prevent the fibrous substance from entering the heat exchanger, so as to avoid the blockage of the heat exchange channel.
3. Maintenance: check regularly in daily use, and clean up the residual substances in the runner in time after stopping use. If scaling or blockage occurs in the hot runner, it can be cleaned by steam purging, or it can be cleaned by chemical alkali solution or acid solution according to the composition of scaling.
